CASCAT, our online catalogue provides details of many of our holdings at our four Archive Centres in Barrow, Carlisle, Kendal and Whitehaven, and it can be searched in a number of ways:

- use our Guide to browse our holdings, with links (organised under Official Records, Public Records, Church Records and Non-Official Records) to take you to the right part of our catalogue.
Researchers can also find information on annual accessions at each of our offices from 1994 (from 1996 at Whitehaven) at The National Archives Discovery website using the links below. Please note Discovery does not contain up to date catalogue data for our holdings and researchers should refer to CASCAT above.
